Everything you ever wanted to know about blogs. Dr Sarah Pedersen of RGU outlined her research into motivations for using blogs in the UK and the US - really fascinating.

Other recent events have included:
AGM & speech by Professor Derek Law on the Future of the Library.

Exhibition Techniques Event was attended by 22 people and the feedback was very positive.

Team Communications and Effectiveness workshop. This was great fun and very thought provoking.

A VERY BIG thanks to speakers and those who helped organise these events.

Thank you to all those involved in organising our annual conference and our sponsors Bureau van Dijk, Dawson Books, Lexis Nexis and Swets. Keynote speakers included Ivor Lloyd, President of CILIPs and Diana Edmonds, Head of Haringey Library Service. Workshops on information literacy skills, internet skills, legal information and marketing were a great success.
